iNVISeDGE is a dynamic business that has been selling vintage decorative arts and furniture exclusively online for 20 years and we’ve had 3 consecutive months of RECORD SALES. This is a casual position WORKING FROM HOME with FLEXIBLE hours. The position mainly entails internet Administrative duties and will average about 10 CASUAL hours per week. Hours will vary week-to-week depending on our sales at the time. After initial training, you’ll be paid $25 per hour. After working with us longer than 3 months, attractive monthly bonuses will be paid if you meet your targets. This job entails AFTER-SALES service for INTERNET SALES- it’s reliant upon you having good internet connection and a mobile phone. For those who move house a lot, this position is ideal because you can work from anywhere in Australia. Taking photos of decorative arts pieces at various locations may also be required at times, particularly if you want more work hours. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The following are ESSENTIAL CRITERIA;
- You must know how to use your computer and preferably have used it in a work-role before
- You must be proficient with all the basics using YOUR OWN computer (I have a PC not a APPLE MAC- I can not tell you how to do any of the basics on a MAC)
- Must know how to do the basics when you’re in your own email account (eg. how to copy and paste within emails, how to create new folders, format text in emails- ie. underline, bold, change font colour etc)
- this role MUST be a perfect fit for your lifestyle- you must be able to work from home uninterrupted on at least 5 occasions per week preferably at a consistent time every day sometime between 10.30am and 4pm
- you must NOT need the social interaction you get in an office and prefer NOT to travel to a central-office every day
- You must have the following personality traits- be self-motivated, have a “can-do” attitude (not be too fearful), be a good problem-solver, want to self-improve, be a good listener, have a good telephone manner
- You must be able to speak and write English proficiently and clearly ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The following would be AN ADVANTAGE but not essential;
* Be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide, Gold Coast or Byron Bay
* Have had some experience doing some type of Admin work before
* Be able to log onto your emails 5 times per week at around 10.30am (including SATURDAY) and be able to demonstrate how you’ll be able to do this for the next 3 years (excluding holidays) eg. you’ll be working from home when your children are at school, you’ll be doing this as a part-time job whilst studying and you have 2 -3 years left of study etc
* have your own camera and know how to use it
