I can’t visit Melbourne or Sydney for consignment items at the moment and a great bunch of furniture came my way in beautiful Bundy! (More to come in a few months.)

I haven’t been to Bundaberg since I was 12 years old so gladly took off! Great trip!

The TILT TRAIN is a MUST at least once in your life and Bundaberg (or Hervey Bay) is IDEAL to visit on the TILT TRAIN- my Tilt-Train Trip ONE-WAY was less than $68 (2020). Very relaxing on the train. I was happy looking out the window for half my trip and working on my laptop doing bloody accounts for the other half! (Ah the joys of running a small business lol! I also ordered / ate my lunch onboard from their “cafe cart”- lunch was great too!). Needed to get back to work so flew back home- $99 (Virgin- Sept 2020- booked about 10 days before flying).

All these photos were taken from my Bundaberg trip- Elliot River National Park Area near Coonarr Beach and Burrum Coast National Park (didn’t have enough time to visit the nearby beaches unfortunately!). If you need to get out of Brisbane visit ANYWHERE in Queensland- Queensland Tourism is dying. The Gold Coast has suffered badly (and is still suffering badly) as has sunny Cairns… Hmmm maybe wait till Winter to visit Cairns! :+)
