Offers over $5800 for the 3-seater sofa, PAIR of swivel chairs and ONE matching footstool will be given precedence over all other offers. Offers of $6500 for the 3-seater sofa, PAIR of swivel chairs and the TWO footstools will also be considered more favourably than offers for any single piece. Our last TWO Tessa T21 suites attracted immediate offers WELL ABOVE our reserve price. Our last 2 Tessa T21 suites sold WELL BEFORE the offer period timed out. The purpose of our offer period for rare suites is not to try and milk it, and get the absolute best price we think we can get for the suite but instead it allows us to see if there are strong offers for parts of the suite (offers for parts of the suite will be considered if they come in for each individual part). We are aware there is HUGE demand for Tessa T21 swivel chairs in excellent condition since Tessa went out of business in 2019 (particularly in lighter-coloured FULL-GRAIN leathers). This suite SOLD under consignment from a regular seller in GEELONG, South of MELBOURNE. I have personally inspected this suite and took one lot of these photos.

This particular suite is the best Tessa T21 suite iNVISeDGE has had (in 19 years of trading). Proper vintage FULL-GRAIN LEATHER. (Our last suite in a lighter coloured-leather was in TOP-GRAIN leather and it sold for $5000 for only 3 pieces.) Beware- Tessa often used Top-Grain leathers from the mid to late 1990’s up until when they closed in 2019. Top-Grain leather is NOT TOP-GRADE leather but instead the modern-day inferior leather where the underside has been cut off leaving thinner Top-GRAIN leather. The leather on this Tessa suite is the REAL DEAL- proper FULL-GRAIN leather that will last the long-haul (it will last for several generations if you look after it).

This suite is about 10 years old and look at it! It presents brilliantly because of the quality of the build AND THE LEATHER! I also LOVE this colour leather in the Tessa T21. It’s minimalist, contemporary and TIMELESS. Light greys have been used in interiors since the 1980’s. Light grey was incredibly popular in the 1980’s and early 1990’s. It’s come back in a huge way and has been regularly used for the last 10 years now. Light greys have now superseded trends- it’s neutral and minimalist (NON-bold). This allows the design and shape of your furniture to take the focus and not the colour of the leather. Dark browns and black in the Tessa T21 design are very bold and only suited to expansive spaces. This suite is pared-back in looks because of the lighter colouring which means it is more suited to a larger variety of spaces (INCLUDING smaller apartments!).

The re-sale value of this suite is a NO brainer! The full suite (3-seater sofa, PAIR of swivel chairs and the TWO footstools in FULL-GRAIN leather) sold new from Tessa for $16,500 just before they closed in 2019. iNVISeDGE price is OFFERS OVER $6500 for ALL 5 pieces! This sofa and in fact the full suite is in incredible original condition for a suite that's about 10 years old! The pieces may have very minimal signs of use- certainly nothing that's noticed at all. The suite is heavy and very solidly built- the T21 design is particularly strong and durable. I've never seen anything structurally wrong with a T21 Tessa lounge ever- this suite is no exception. The suite came with armrest protectors in matching mushroom-coloured leather. I prefer this design without the armrest protectors so have taken them off. The armrest protectors are still with the pieces if you want them. There is minimal fading on the timber arms to the section that was exposed to sunlight (one side mainly- NOT on the armchairs at all)- the timber that was under the armrests is very slightly darker but this is not noticeable and doesn't affect the presentation of this suite. The leather cushions may have very minor signs of use but nothing that’s noticeable AT ALL. The leather has NO holes, NO noticeable wear, NO noticeable marks, NO stains, NO cracks into the leather, NO smells. The leather is still soft and supple. The cushioning is all in excellent condition- Tessa use top-quality cushioning that lasts several generations. The cushioning is all plush and comfortable but these cushions are supportive as well. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Overall, the suite presents very well and will last the long-haul. The colour is accurately represented on my monitor in our array of photos. We set up this suite for photos TWICE which gives a more well-rounded depiction of the colour of the suite. The suite has been photographed in strong filtered light and also at the end of the day when the sky started to darken.
