A new listing for the next suite we have will appear in the NEWLY LISTED Category in February 2021- I’ve bought a suite in Melbourne but it won’t be photographed until the next time I’m in Melbourne.

(This VINTAGE stool set sold through iNVISeDGE in 2006 for $1095. These days in 2018 I’d price the exact same item at about $1240. The suite that’s on its way will be priced at $995 because it has not been re-upholstered.) The suite in white was professionally re-upholstered. We don’t sell many re-upholstered pieces these days. If you have interest in purchasing a similar suite let us know and we’ll work with you through the re-upholstery process to help you choose a fabric that’s right for you and your home (or we can sell a design like this in AS FOUND condition- enquire above using the links). I’m pretty sure this is an Italian design from the 1970’s. I’ve only come across a handful in 19 years of trading and never with a label so I’m not sure who made them. A very cool, space-saving design, this VINTAGE suite boasts quality construction and when re-upholstered looks amazing in many spaces. With white seats it looks modern and chic (as the photos show) but you could be adventurous with the upholstery and create your own look and style.

These suites are about 40 years old (written in 2018) and have been built to last and tell stories for generations to come. After much of the cheap “designer” furniture of today has ended up as landfill, these retro suites will be passed onto yet another owner and eventually a new generation. There’s no better way to invest in your home and reduce your carbon footprint.
