A 2 Bedroom-Apartment with a Roof-Top terrace for your own exclusive use and AMAZING VIEWS from both inside your unit and the roof-top terrace. The roof-top is the most private in this area- it overlooks exclusive Shelly Beach with plenty of greenery and breath-taking ocean views unparalleled in this area with a NORTH-facing outlook. Enjoy leisurely lunches with your family on the private rooftop or intimate drinks at the end of the day. The best thing about the view is it’s NORTH-FACING so your outside areas can be enjoyed at the right times of the day ALL year! It’s protected from the gustily winds coming off Kings Beach but also catches the sun when you want it. The apartment is toasty-warm in Winter (you’ll find yourself in shorts and T-shirt all through Winter) but with enough elevation so no other buildings block the cool, fresh breezes coming in from Shelly Beach through Summer- there’s no need for air-conditioning in Summer here- just open the windows!
This apartment has a great-sized second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a King-Sized Bed. The second-bedroom also has the views but the main bedroom’s views are a very rare feature- watch the whales and sailboats from your bed on a lazy afternoon! Then leisurely stroll down to the Surf Club for a beer or wine to cap off the perfect weekend.
This apartment is in a prime location of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. It enjoys the luxury of expansive ocean and nature views from virtually every window. The location has a sleepy residential feel but it’s a short walk to all that’s on offer- cafes, restaurants, bars and the Caloundra town-shopping precinct.
This apartment is a leisurely 5-minute walk to Kings Beach, the ever-popular family surf beach, and also a 5-minute walk to Shelly Beach with it’s various parks, BBQ areas, foreshore nature reserves and rock-pools. From Shelly Beach continue up the path and leafy boardwalk to Moffat Beach, one of the Coast’s best-kept secrets. The cafes at Moffat buzz, particularly in the mornings and weekends. Moffat Beach also hosts a few art galleries. If you don’t feel like walking back, Council buses are frequent (they usually run every 10-15 minutes, 7 days a week), to and from Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and through Moffat Beach- there’s bus stops only 3-minutes walk from your front door! Or for something different, continue along from King’s Beach down the boardwalk to Bulcock Beach.
The kitchen is large enough to cook a family meal comfortably and easily- there’s even ocean views while you do it! The bathroom is two-way so it runs off the main bedroom (making the main bedroom feel like it has an ensuite) but there’s also bathroom access off the main area of the apartment plus the toilet is SEPARATE to the bathroom. The laundry is tucked completely away behind a door so it’s out of sight and mind.
