If you have a similar item to sell AND YOU’RE A DEALER (you have an antique shop or market stall) I’d be very happy to list an item of this callibre online in iNVISeDGE (and sell it for around $600 to $700). YOU PAY NO COMMISSION FEE– you just pay us what you feel after you’ve had a good week (when you want to). We will work at bringing new clientele into your shop or your market stall. We’d need about 10 photos from all angles- your photos would have to be about as good as those shown in this listing. (We can direct you if you need pointers.) If you don’t have a shop and you’re a dealer, we’d also stock an item like this online in iNVISeDGE, we’d find an online buyer for you and take control of the sales process on your behalf- in this case our commission fee would be around 10% to 20%. Again we’d need about 10 good photos from various angles- at least as good as those shown in this listing. Also if you were the buyer of this exact piece and would like to sell it now, we’d be happy to represent it again on your behalf and you’d make a tidy profit from selling the piece (!) even after our commission fee is deducted.
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THIS PIECE
… Love this piece! An authentic ART DECO piece with a Walnut timber veneer decorative finish. The Walnut timber veneer is over timber- there’s NO CHIPBOARD in this piece AT ALL! This top-quality piece of furniture was HAND-CRAFTED to last and already has. (Created back in the 1930’s/40’s when pride in workmanship was the norm- not the exception.) When iNVISeDGE sold this piece back in 2004, it was already about 60 to 70 years old! A great investment item and great way to bring some unique flair into your space. They won’t do replicas of items like this- it would cost at least $660 to even contemplate making something similar in a developing country and then have it shipped to Australia! (Such a waste of fossil fuels when we have such great items here already … plus we have amazing furniture makers here in Australia HAND-creating brilliant new items as well!)
This is certainly a piece to be handed through the generations. After most modern furniture has ended up as landfill, this table will still be doing exactly was it was designed to do… But to serve as a piece of furniture is just half the story. This piece was also created to mesmerise and draw you in with it’s artistic style and merit. It was made BY HAND so is not only a smart investment piece but is the most environmentally-friendly furniture you can buy.

I have had no negative feedback in over 15 years selling on ebay and this has been my full-time occupation. This is your guarantee that I work hard to describe my stock as accurately as possible and will not stock items I can’t personally recommend. Some items I acquire don’t end up in iNVISeDGE because they don’t make the grade. (I sell these under a different user-name on ebay.) PICK-UP . . . is accepted- professional delivery is preferred. This item is heavy and will require 2 strong people for pick-up. PLEASE NOTE- I live in Brisbane and run this business from Brisbane. PICK-UPS and VIEWINGS will be facilitated by a sub-contractor (someone who is NOT an employee of iNVISeDGE). I recommend that customers use a specialist furniture carrier for larger furniture items- these people know what they’re doing and come with what’s needed to look after your investment. I’ve seen too many customers try to force things in the back of 4WDs or put something in a trailer not protected. We help customers with freight arrangements in every way we can BUT booking in transit (and paying for freight) is the responsibility of THE BUYER. I made a conscious choice to get rid of my vehicle in 2009 (for environmental reasons) so I have a depth of experience in the area of furniture freight. I will inform all iNVISeDGE customers of the transport carriers best suited to their job, what each carrier charges and their strengths. CUSTOMERS WILL BOOK IN THEIR OWN FREIGHT so they’re in control of what’s happening and will know exactly what’s going on. At any time though customers have the option to consult with us. A ROUGH IDEA OF FREIGHT PRICES by specialist professional FURNITURE carriers. . . LOCAL DELIVERIES tend to be ABOUT $70 to $100 for a ONE-MAN delivery (for ONE standard sized item eg. 3.5-seater sofa or a set of 6 dining chairs). If you live over 25km away from the item, delivery will be AROUND $120 but it depends on various factors such as access issues and when you can receive the item. Sydney is a little more expensive compared to Brisbane (as another example) . . . . . . . “Normal” INTERSTATE DELIVERY (eg. Brisbane to Sydney OR Melbourne to Sydney) is generally about $250 for ONE standard-sized item (eg. a 3.5-seater sofa or a set of 6 dining chairs but it can depend on various factors. Sometimes it will be cheaper- $250 is about the average. Smaller items are less than $250. If you have a really big sofa (as an example) it will usually be around $280. These prices are given so you have a rough idea of whether interstate delivery might be an option for you. If you are unsure about it all please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
We accept DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT. We send photographic ID of the store owner (Michael Grealy) to all customers at the point of purchase, along with media articles about iNVISeDGE that have photos of Michael Grealy in them (most of these articles are about 10 years old). Your payment will be paid into an Australian ANZ bank account under the name Michael Grealy (or iNVISeDGE).
